Q: What ages do your centers accommodate?

A: Children may be enrolled in our centers from 6 weeks old – the September following their third birthdays.

Q: What are the ratios of children to teachers?

A:  1:4 in our infant and step-up rooms and 1:6 in our toddler rooms.  We also have several “floaters” and helpers throughout the centers who are able to assist in the classrooms.

Q: When can I come in for a tour?

A: Tours are offered once we have a spot available; generally, tours will be offered 2 months prior to your desired start date.  We do not offer tours on a walk in basis due to our strict security policies.  We do offer Open Houses at several times throughout the year.  Please check the calendar on our home page for upcoming Open House dates and times.

Q: Do you offer a sibling discount?

A: We offer a 10% tuition reduction off of the second child’s tuition when siblings are enrolled full-time and simultaneously at HCA.

Q: How long is your wait list?

A: Our wait list length varies from month to month (depending on when families are looking to enroll); we encourage all interested families to submit their wait list application as soon as possible.

Q: How do I join your wait list?

A: Please click on the link for “Future Enrollment” under the Enrollment Tab above.  Here you will find our online wait list application.

Q: Do you offer part-time enrollment?

A: We have several part-time enrollment options available.  Please review the “Enrollment” tab on the homepage.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday.

Q: How many days during the year is  HCA closed?

A: We are closed for the 10 Federal Holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. We may also close additional days during the holiday season depending on when the actual holidays fall; this will be announced at the beginning of each year.

How has HCA responded to the COVID pandemic?

HCA has taken all information and guidelines provided to us to ensure the safest environment possible for the children and staff. Throughout the mandated closure, all employees were maintained on full payroll to ensure a smooth transition back as soon as we were permitted to reopen (6/15.) The following safety procedures have been implemented:

We continue to have our nightly cleaning crew come in and do a deep clean of the center. Teachers and kitchen staff continue to clean and sanitize toys and surfaces throughout the day. Hands continue to be washed throughout the day.
